In advance of the decision by Belfast City Council’s planning committee, John Campbell, BBC News NI Economics & Business Editor, looked at the implications of the mixed-use Tribeca scheme.
Contributing to the piece, our director, Neil McShane, was asked about the considerable focus on offices and, specifically, how employees have been affected by the COVID-19 lockdown. Neil said “Many employees can’t practically work from home and want to get back into the workplace, particularly younger employees who will miss interaction in the office place which allows them to learn from other more senior employees within the business”.
